When you first sign up for a Dodo service you’ll get a welcome email which will contain instructions on how to set up a MyDodo account*.

All you have to do is click on the supplied link and follow the step by step instructions.

Once complete, visit my.dodo.com and log in with your Username and Password, and you’ll be able manage all your services in one place.

MyDodo is your online one stop shop where you can manage all your Dodo accounts 24/7 whether it's gas, electricity, internet or mobile.

You can view, download or print your current bill and previous bills from your MyDodo account.

1. Log in and click the Billing information quick link.

If you have multiple services, choose the account you wish to view from the list.

Updating your payment method

You can update or change your payment method by using MyDodo, simply login and follow these steps:

1. Once you have logged it to MyDodo, select the Update payment details from the Quick links section.

First, login to MyDodo and check your monthly invoice.

Your invoice will give you an itemised account of all your recent activity and can help explain any unknown charges.

If you still don't understand the charges, you can raise a Support Request via your MyDodo account by clicking the Raise a support request quick link.

We are unable to put billing on hold or suspend accounts.

Disconnecting your services early may incur cancellation fees and/or the loss of your phone number or email address.

However, if you are experiencing difficulties paying your bill our Payment Extension options may help.

If you are having difficulty making a payment, visit MyDodo and click the Payment extension link to see what options are available to you.

Login to MyDodo and click the “Update account details” button in the quick links section, or, select Account from the top right of the screen.

From here you can update your MyDodo username and password.

You can also update your contact and address information for each of your dodo services.
