Triple Zero (000) is the primary national emergency calls number, which can be dialled from any landline, mobile phone*, pay-phone and certain VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services.

There are also two secondary emergency call service numbers, 112 and 106.

112 is available from most mobile phones. 106 connects to the text-based relay service for people who have a hearing or speech impairment.

All calls to the emergency numbers are free-of-charge regardless of which device was used to call.

*Dodo is legally required to prevent mobile phones that cannot call Triple Zero (000) from accessing the mobile network from 28 October 2024, as per the Telecommunications (Emergency Call Service) Amendment Determination 2024 (No. 1) of 23 October 2024.

Text 3 to 3498 to determine if your handset is compatible or click here if you have no active service.

International Roaming will be coming soon to Dodo Mobile services.

In the meantime, if you want to continue using your mobile phone overseas, we recommend purchasing a pre-paid SIM from a local mobile operator when you arrive at your overseas destination.

Data banking is a great feature available to Dodo mobile customers on certain plans. It allows you to bank your unused data from the previous billing period to the current billing period. This ensures that you receive the full value from your data plan inclusions*.

Example

If you were on the 45GB plan and only used 25GB for the month, the remaining 20GB would be banked and will be added to the next month’s data allowance. This means that you would have 65GB for the next month.

What’s the catch?

There is no catch, to enjoy Dodo mobile Data Banking, you need to be on an eligible plan, and make sure that you monthly bill is paid on time.

*Data Banking is capped at 500GB per month on the $23 Mobile Plan. On the $28, $33 and $38 Mobile Plans, enjoy unlimited data banking. Click here for more information.
