We’re introducing multi-factor authentication to protect your account.

Here at Dodo, we take your security seriously and to help protect your account and personal information, we’re introducing multi-factor authentication (MFA).

What is MFA?

Multi-factor authentication is a secure process for us to confirm you’re you when logging into your My Dodo account, or when requesting or making changes to your mobile and/or internet account via our Dodo Team.

Each time, we’ll send you a code to the mobile number or email address we have for you.  Once you enter the code, you are ready to go.

What do you need to do?

We’ll be introducing MFA over the next month, so you’ll need to make sure the contact information for everyone on your account are up to date.

Just log in to My Dodo and check your details. You can make changes to your email or mobile anytime.
